DBCCI has been in a harmonious partnership with the SCBIPH for a long time. In fact, when SCBIPH sent out invitations to construction companies to bid for the building of some of their major facilities within the compound, DBCCI was among those who received the invitations ahead of the others. This is because the reputation of DBCCI for honesty in all its dealings and its strict adherence to building standards precedes them. It came as no surprise, therefore, when SCBIPH was more than happy to award the contract to DBCCI.
One of the facilities within the SCBPHI that DBCCI helped construct is the power plant technical buildings and foundation. This contains some of the most important machineries and equipment that SCBPHI need in order to produce electricity for neighboring towns and cities.
Another facility that DBCCI helped build at SCBPHI are the non-technical buildings for the power producer’s employees and support staff. These structures will house the various divisions of SBCPHI, as well as the workforce needed, along with related equipment and fixtures.
DBCCI has also been playing an active role in the construction of the various facilities within the Northern Negros Geothermal Plant, a project owned by the Philippine National Oil Company-Energy Development Corporation or PNOC-EDC. This gigantic power plant, located within the boundaries of the Northern Negros National Park in Mount Kanlaon volcano, which used to have goals of producing enough electricity to power houses and industries, not only in Negros Island, but in neighboring islands and provinces as well.
One of the facilities Dynamic Builders and Construction helped build within the Northern Negros Geothermal Plant (NNGP) is the civil and structural work for PNOC’s fluid collection and reinjection system. Another project undertaken by DBCCI within the NNGP compound is the construction of its cable tray supports for its airline electrical distribution system, as well as cable support for its instrumentation and control system.
DBCCI was also responsible for the construction of NNGP’s electrical building, and also the civil works of the three units of uninterruptible power supply stations in Pads PT-A, PT-B and PT-C.
With all these undoubtedly major civil works undertaken by DBCCI, one cannot help but think why did the company involve itself with construction projects in small places. The answer is very simple. The management and officers of Dynamic Builders and Construction Company believe that it is better to undertake projects in small places. Why? Because it allows you to focus more on the tasks at hand instead of putting up large tarpaulins outside your construction site, constantly proclaiming to the public that your company is responsible for such project.
Dynamic Builders and Construction Company (Philippines) Incorporated, believe that your best advertiser is your client. And even though they know that undertaking big projects in small places will not give them any positive publicity, DBCCI believes that doing their share for the betterment of the populace is the greatest reward of all, far bigger than any positive publicity. At the end of the day, when the sun sets in the horizon, DBCCI engineers can smile and pat themselves on the back, knowing full well that while doing big things in small places will not earn them accolades, they have done their part in nation building.
